I specialize in Radically Open DBT and the outcomes of extreme over control of thoughts, emotions and actions. I am also trained specifically to work with survivors of all types of abuse. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Specialist. To share in the experience of empowerment that comes from the awareness of choice is my greatest motivator to do this work.
My clients have been working so hard at everything and yet, they often feel hurt, alone and so tired from the ways in which they have coped so far. A lot just does not make sense.
