I'm trained in EMDR and have completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an approach based upon over 30 years of research. I work with adults and couples, helping my clients navigate their life experiences and relationships with hope, deepened insight, and the skills necessary to fully engage and thrive.
