We see the leaves change colors, almost unnoticeably at first. Gradually, their metamorphosis shifts from deep leafy greens to yellows, reds, & browns. Chilly winds whisk them away. November solicits a sense of reflectiveness and foists us to ponder, recognizing subtle signs of our own autumn. The pumpkin spice lattes no longer seem nice & enticing. We've seen ourselves in the monochrome grey that is fall. A sadness⸺maybe. Opportunities passed⸺perhaps. I work with youth and young adults struggling with anxiety, who need help defining and pursuing their goals. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, with additional credentialing as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) clinician, and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).
