Greetings! Finding a therapist can be an intimidating experience and you are taking the hard step - the first one. In our therapeutic relationship, I provide a safe space to explore your struggles, recognize that you are not alone, and support you on your journey. Your feelings and experiences are valid and matter. I see adults (18+) who are facing a variety of challenges throughout the lifespan, particularly during times of transition, grief and loss. I work with you to identify and empower your own unique strengths and instill a sense of hope. From me you can expect authenticity, warmth, and reliability.
I specialize in female and maternal mental health and have received training in: infertility, miscarriage, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, menopausal transition, sleep disorders, grief and loss. I additionally enjoy working with transitions to college, parenthood, empty nesting and retirement. I often provide walk and talk therapy for clients.
I work from a culturally sensitive lens and incorporate parts work, family systems, mindfulness, somatic experiencing and experiential activities into therapy. As a working parent, I relate to the struggles of balance and parenthood guilt. Remember, your feelings are valid and you matter. I look forward to connecting working with you on your journey.
