I am a licensed clinical social worker who believes in the power of understanding ones own story. I do not believe that you are “broken” or that you need to be “fixed.” I use a combination of mindfulness, strength-based, somatic, and compassion-focused approaches to empower my clients to re-claim parts of their story and achieve self-acceptance. I strive to help individuals better understand their past experiences, unburden emotional pain. My goal is always to help you regulate your nervous system and access your most authentic self, which can improve your relationships, help you achieve your goals, and improve your quality of life.
I provide virtual therapy for individuals throughout New York and New Jersey. I specialize in helping millennials and young adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, major life transitions, cancer/chronic illness, and grief. I also work with healthcare professionals in high-stress caregiving roles and women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
