I specialize in trauma and dissociative symptoms and work with the LGBTQ+, transgender, gender expressive, sex worker, consensual non-monogamy, and kink communities. My approach to counseling is to meet you where you are and work together to meet collaborative treatment goals.
I believe that every person is entitled to a healthy and balanced life. Through psychotherapy, we can explore meaning, opportunity, and hope in your life. During our time together, we can create individualized tools to help you cope with your life's challenges and meet your goals. You do not have to go on your life journey alone.
I provide video telecounseling sessions which allow clients to meet in the comfort of their homes or other private places. I also provide continuing education and consultation to other mental healthcare clinicians on issues such as trauma, dissociation, and LGBTQ+ issues.
