There’s no single factor, or multi-point check list which you have to check off to seek out therapy. We are all unique, and each of us will have different reasons for why we seek out a therapist. Each and every reason is valid and unique. My goal is to be a collaborative listener so you can find your own voice to comfortably express what matters to you.Then together we can work together to achieve your goals.
I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, pre teens and couples. I work with both active duty and veteran service people, as well as their families. I have extensive training and experience working with survivors of sexual assault and childhood trauma. I also specialize in diagnostic clarification for more complex presentations.
I bring to our work my life experience, my knowledge of human behavior, of parenting, culture, religion, biology, and my belief that each of us seeks to make meaning of our lives.
