My passion lies in working with children, teens, adults, and supporting parents and families. I also work with expectant people during the prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum stages and as their children grow. I have experience working with clients experiencing a variety of issues across the lifespan. I warmly welcome neurodivergent clientele, the LGBTQI+ community, and enjoy supporting clients from various cultural backgrounds. I bring joy and humor to my practice and provide a kind, patient, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
Over the last 10 years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings including teaching, childbirth education, and community work with families. I enjoy incorporating my breadth of experience into clinical practice and collaborating with my clients and their families to tailor my approach to each individual or family.
I am passionate about improving mental health and helping children, teens, adults, and families learn, grow, and heal in a holistic way (mind, body, and spirit!). I love collaborating with my clients to work towards increasing stability and incorporating more joy, hope, and balance into their lives.
