I specialize in working with adults who have experienced complex trauma, with a particular focus on medical trauma and relational wounds. These experiences can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or hypervigilant in your body and your relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from somatic practices, attachment theory, and parts work (like IFS) to help you feel more empowered in your body and your relationships.

I specialize in relational trauma, medically related mental health issues/chronic illness, narcissistic abuse/codependency. In sessions, I use guided meditation, mind-body awareness, CBT-A skills, IFS and exposure therapy to help you identify dynamics, establish boundaries, and cultivate a valued self.
