About
We are living through a time of uncertainty and change. You may be reexamining your priorities in life or finally feeling motivated to address longstanding relationship issues. Many people are coping with the trauma of having lived and lost through the pandemic or navigating the anxieties and excitement associated with a return to normalcy. Whether you have struggled with mental health issues before or you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or loneliness for the first time, everyone needs someone to talk to these days. We will work together to help you find resilience and strength.
I specialize in couples, trauma, and eating disorders. I have completed training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD at UPenn and am a Gottman Method Level 1 couples therapist. I also work extensively with anxiety, self-esteem building, setting boundaries, and relationship issues, and with clients/couples of all genders and sexuality.
Time is precious and I am honored that you're considering spending an hour with me. We will find practical solutions to ease the stress of daily living. As you feel ready to address any underlying stressors - like trauma, relationships, or disordered eating - we will confront these together. Please give me a call or an email today.
