As a therapist & a soft-spoken Scorpio, I bring an attuned, open-hearted presence to my practice. My special sauce is working with young adults, teens, & adults who are still finding themselves. The ones feeling overlooked, lost, or shut down. They’ve often been described as "weird" or "sensitive," but struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, dissociation, low self-worth, anger, perfectionism, shame, depression. At the root of these experiences can be traumas, challenging family dynamics, neurodiversity, &/or surviving oppressive systems.
I believe therapy is a meeting place of connection, vulnerability, compassion, & awareness. I show up as a creative ally & fierce advocate rooting for you through all that life brings. Together, we'll slow things down at a pace that feels right to you, reconnect you to yourself, and incorporate some skills along the way.
