I enjoy creating a supportive space where I help you to unlearn what no longer serves you, reconnect with your most authentic self, and rediscover love and safety within your body. My style in therapy is informed by mindfulness somatic based approaches, as well as parts work (Internal Family Systems), sprinkled with spiritual/metaphysical perspectives if that resonates with you. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy to address anxiety and depression (reach out to learn more about this process).
I also provide psychedelic integration therapy for clients who are seeking to integrate past or upcoming psychedelic and/or plant medicine experience. These experiences of altered states can be confusing, scary, eye-opening, and/or transformative. I aim to provide safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate support to help integrate these experience for growth.
