I am accepting new clients based on fit and availability - I am private pay only. Please contact me for availability and to schedule a consult to see if we are a good fit. I work with teens and adults on struggles such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, addiction, identity questioning and transitions (LGBTQIA+ affirming), codependency, issues in relationships, and more. I’m passionate about helping clients who want to heal in ways that allow them to move forward and remove obstacles preventing them from reaching their goals and embracing their truths.
I have experience using multiple therapeutic modalities and I aim to meet clients where they are at when they walk into my office. My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, compassionate, and authentic. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities. I am trained in Lifespan Integration Level 1 and Integrative Somatic Parts Work (IFS) Level 1.
I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you and make space for your growth and healing. My aim is to create a safe space and trusting relationship with you so we can do this work together.
