I'm parent coach, Samantha Straub, owner of Teen Savvy Coaching (www.teensavvycoaching.com), where I help parents of teens and tweens step into your parenting role with calm and confidence. Adolescence is a time of significant transition–for kids and for parents. And kids don’t come with a manual. When kids hit their teen years, it’s not uncommon for families to experience increased chaos, conflict, and confusion. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I equip parents with the tools and knowledge they need to parent from their highest values, keep the parent-child relationship strong, AND raise thriving, independent young people.
I offer online coaching to parents in two forms: private coaching for individuals or couples and group coaching. In group coaching, participants enjoy weekly live gatherings AND access to a recorded parenting curriculum designed to help them understand the WHY behind their teens’ behaviors.
Would you like to feel less reactive when it comes to your teen’s behaviors? To have more authentic and meaningful conversations with your teen? To experience more connection and fewer arguments? To stop feeling like you’re winging it when it comes to your parenting choices? To make sure your teen is prepared for their own future? Book a call with me.
