About
Clients seek therapy for many reasons. Some want to address a specific issue, while others want to focus on living happier and less stressful lives. Finding the "right" therapist to help you is a very personal choice. It is essential that a client is able to trust and engage easily with a therapist who makes them feel comfortable and encouraged for progress. If you arrange a consultation with me, we can determine whether my approach would be a good match for your needs.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I maintain a supportive yet direct approach in which clients and I jointly identify problems, create goals, and develop a plan to reach those goals. Together we can help you make the changes you desire.
In addition to psychotherapy services, I specialize in forensic evaluations related to custody and visitation matters. I also conduct supervised or therapeutic visitation for court-involved families, as well as parent coordination.
