I have always found it fascinating that two people can be exposed to the same situation but have different experiences or outlooks on it. I love being able to provide a different perspective on an individual's life and enable them to enhance their quality of life. Building on my experience in other fields, I wanted to broaden my expertise and help different populations, including people with OCD. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. At NOCD, we are all highly trained and prepared to tackle any form of OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preference and availability.
We’ll work to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
