These patterns can feel exhausting and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I help clients uncover the connection between their past and present, reduce shame, and build coping strategies that actually fit their lives.
In our sessions, you can be your true self—no holding back, and yes, you can swear! I won’t sugarcoat things because you get that enough outside of therapy. If I notice something that needs to change, I’ll call you out on it. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that helps you build the deeper, more fulfilling connections you desire.
