My biggest joy is helping my clients find their true aspirations and goals in life and being by their side through the process!
I have a special passion for helping people think from different perspectives and allowing for open and safe conversation. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with a multitude of different challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, PTSD, trauma and self exploration.
