I typically work with pre-teens, teens, and young adults with a focus on therapeutic modalities in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Tf-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and relationship/ family therapy. I love to utilize play or art therapy when I can because being creative is a wonderful way to get emotions out.
