I specialize in working with youth and young adults learning to cope with anxiety, ADHD, family challenges, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. As a therapist, I am empathetic, trauma-informed, affirming and welcoming to all in my sessions. I am trained in a relational and psychodynamic approach to counseling supported with somatic and mindfulness based coping strategies. Each client is unique, and I tailor sessions to meet you. I have experience in play therapy and outdoor nature assisted therapy.

I am licensed in IL, CT, and RI. I offer outdoor walk and talk sessions, in-office sessions, and telehealth sessions for accessibility.
