I approach therapy with a calm and inviting presence to support open and direct conversation that explores all aspects of relationships and life. I believe in a holistic approach to one’s well-being and I consider the mind-body connection in my approach.
I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds, including individuals, couples, families, and children ages 12 and older. Most of my clients are seeking help navigating anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with people who are experiencing infertility, grief & loss, pregnancy & postpartum, low self-esteem, and family conflict.
