About
Let’s face it, life can be stressful! Do you find yourself stuck in a state of worry, feeling hopeless and unable to complete the tasks of daily life, struggling with body image and eating issues, or dealing with a difficult life change? You do not need to face these issues alone! As a licensed professional clinical counselor I work with my clients to help empower them to make the changes needed to get their lives back and become their best selves! I view myself and my client as a team. Together we will work to build awareness, develop healthier skills, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
I utilize a direct yet compassionate approach. I work to create a safe, judgment-free zone that allows clients to feel heard and promotes healing. Each client is unique so I strive to individualize care in order to best meet your needs. Common therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and solution focused therapy.
I know taking this first step is not easy, but it is a courageous move towards the life you deserve. I am passionate about what I do and I consider it an honor to be a part of one’s journey towards wellness. When you are ready, I am here!
