I provide my clients a safe and comfortable environment, in which we can start to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together. My goal is to offer my clients a space to feel seen, heard, and understood. The counseling space is yours and what you want out of our time together is very important to me, so let’s collaborate on how we can meet your goals! I have experience working with adults, young adults, couples, teens and children.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and various life changes or stressors. Additionally, I work to empower individuals who are wanting to strengthen their relationships with themselves and build happier and healthier relationships with those around them.
I see my clients through a holistic lens and honor their diversity by taking ethnicity, culture, race, sexual orientation, ability status, gender, and religion into thoughtful and in-depth consideration during our time together.
