Working with a diverse population, I have learned and truly believe that it takes a collaborative approach to treatment in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
My approach blends a combination of evidenced based practices that have a holistic nature, where we focus on how your actions, thoughts, feelings, and your body's physiology all work together to create positive change. For couples, Gottman style approach and Emotionally focused therapy is utilized. Short term or long term counseling options are available.
I am a person centered provider. My office creates a safe place where one can reach their highest potential in order to achieve a healthier life style. I work with Couples, Families, as well as Individuals. I can provide telehealth therapy for those who are not able to attend face to face. I also provide supervision for those seeking a higher licensure.
