I have a background in social work, serving diverse populations in school systems in CT and MA from pre-k all the way through higher education. I offer therapeutic support to children age 10+, adolescents and young adults struggling with a range of social, emotional and behavioral challenges.
While I enjoy processing with clients through traditional talk therapy, I have also found the benefit in incorporating creative outlets, expressive art, movement, play, and other tools in both sessions and everyday life. I work with tweens, adolescents, college students, young adults and families to break barriers to healing, growth, awareness, and peace.
