My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, attachment-based work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, art and play therapy, and strengths-based practices to help clients build insight, coping skills, and resilience.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, neurodiversity-affirming, and gender-affirming space where you feel safe, seen, understood, and accepted exactly as you are.
