Congrats on taking the first step towards making a commitment to improve your life through therapy. My hope is to meet you wherever you’re at in your healing journey and support you from there. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and more. As a queer woman, I am deeply passionate about providing affirming care to LGBTQIA+ individuals and creating a space where all identities are seen, valued, and celebrated. I work with individuals of all backgrounds aged 10+ and offer individual, group, and couples counseling.
My approach to therapy is holistic, intuitive, and person-centered. I integrate elements from narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, family systems therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, develop self-awareness, and step into a more authentic and fulfilling life.
I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. In therapy, we will work together to create a safe space where you can explore your inner world, tune into your intuition, and heal in a way that feels right for you.
