Sometimes we need someone to help us organize our experiences and figure out what we need. I love to help my clients explore their history, identify pain points, address the symptoms that may have developed, and understand how to fully grieve and find deeper acceptance in their lives. Nothing is more rewarding than discovering who you really are and living into who you were created to be, and learning to use your pain for purpose and meaning.
I offer a warm, validating, and honest environment for this exploration through two approaches: exploring your attachment style from your origins and the parts of you that are impeding the growth of a more sturdy Self. I also address and manage current mental health symptoms that are problematic. Faith can be included in this process if requested.
