About
Feel like something is holding you back? Having a hard time overcoming something from your past? Struggling with unmet expectations or dreams? Going through a major life transition? These are a few examples of things we struggle with day to day. Counseling can be a place for you to work through the unique challenges that life brings, experience healing, and find hope. We all desire to live a happy and fulfilling life, but we also all experience pain, loss, loneliness, self-doubt, and unmet expectations along the way. My hope is to provide space and support to help you find your voice and become a healthier version of yourself.
I primarily work with young adults, adults, and teenagers and provide individual counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and many additional concerns. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma Focused-CBT and use a strength-based approach to help clients find the courage within themselves to grow and change.
I believe in the power and support a relationship can provide throughout the healing process, and I strive to provide authenticity and endless amounts of empathy in order to help clients feel safe, seen, and known. I also hope to incorporate joy and humor along the way. Nobody should walk through life alone, and I’m here to help you.
