Hello, welcome to my practice! I have a passion for working with individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. My goal is to assist others in living their best and most authentic lives. I am determined to be fully present with my clients and to work with them towards reaching the goals that they have identified for themselves. I value the promotion of practices pertaining to self-awareness and self-care. I am determined to work with my clients towards lessening personal suffering and distress. I hold these core values in high regard within my practice and work with my clients.
My goal is to help others by providing a warm and welcoming environment that allows the client to feel more comfortable addressing the hard issues in life. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential in achieving the client’s goals and I prioritize open communication with my clients. I specialize in trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression.
I know that reaching out for assistance is the first as well as hardest step in working towards recovery. I appreciate the vulnerability and the trust that clients place in me and do not take for granted how sacred that is.
