I have a passion for helping first responders and others navigate life's most difficult moments with compassion, practical support, and hope. Together, we'll work to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and help you reconnect with the strengths that have always been within you.
You don't have to have it all figured out before starting therapy. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can make sense of life's challenges, discover practical tools that fit your life, and find hope as you move toward healing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, first responders, and high-stress professions.
