Many of the youth I work with are neurodivergent and thrive in a space that honors their unique way of thinking and feeling. They need a supportive environment where they can express themselves through play, creativity, and age-appropriate conversation.

I support children and teens (4–18) with anxiety, emotional regulation, and adjustment challenges using play therapy, DBT techniques, CBT, mindfulness, and creative expression. I also guide parents in fostering emotional resilience at home. Together, we create a safe space for healing and growth, promoting well-being for both the child and the family.
