About

Clients who work with me are mostly adults and teenagers. They work to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy/postpartum and pregnancy loss issues, suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, anger management, survive sexual assault, and tackle school avoidance concerns. I also have experience with families, conflict resolution and specializes in the reintegration process from a mental health hospitalization back into the school setting. I am well-versed in Special Education Law and have worked with children with 504 Plans and IEPs both in and out of the school system.
I bring a down to earth conversational atmosphere to my clients. I meet them where they are at in their journey and I encourage them to move toward goals they set with me. I specialize in helping people process trauma (both acute and chronic), and have had great success helping clients regain control over difficult emotions such as anger and anxiety.
My life's passion is to help people realize their true potential in taking back control of their lives, and becoming the best version of themselves. You've already taken the hardest step: Deciding to pursue improved mental health. Please reach out anytime for more information on getting started. I can't wait to see how far you go.
