I work with young adults, adults and teens navigating generalized anxiety, social anxiety, family issues, trust issues, stress, OCD, dating, anxiety in relationships, relationship doubt, guilt, trauma, breakups, depression, friendship issues, infidelity, work stress, relationship issues, college issues, boundaries, sex issues, fear of abandonment, low self esteem, people pleasing, identity, codependency, sexual trauma.

As an attachment therapist, I specialize in treating anxious/avoidant attachment styles, relationship issues and generalized anxiety disorder. I have years of experience and training in these areas. I always use an eclectic approach, bringing together concepts from CBT, ACT, Narrative Work, Attachment Theory, Somatic Practices and Internal Family Systems.

I am passionate about building a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients based on empathy, safety, and authenticity. I offer a calm and warm presence and I strongly value creating a nonjudgmental safe haven where clients feel comfortable being open about their struggles. I approach therapy with genuineness, patience, authenticity and compassion.
