I also believe that we all have the tools in our tool box, but sometimes we just need assistance learning how to use them.
I believe in collaborating with my clients on identifying what their goals are for themselves and working with them to reach those goals. There is something powerful in having a neutral third party sit with you and help you learn how to be your own advocate.
