As a psychotherapist trained in Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting and Inner Relationship Focusing, I support women in recovering from trauma through a body-centered approach. I incorporate these powerful modalities in sessions to aid in healing from trauma, process difficult emotions, and access deeper layers of healing. My goal is to help empower clients to reconnect with their inner strength and create lasting shifts in both mind and body.
I specialize in Somatic Experiencing and completed the 3-year SEP training program and certificate. I also am certified in Brainspotting. These modalities support regulation of the nervous system in the recovery from stress and trauma. Areas of focus include trauma, adjustment to life stressors, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma.
