As a parent of 3 grown boys myself, little did I know that I could radically shift our whole family by changing myself and my parenting. I had to figure out how I could become more assessable, responsive, and stay engaged during problems. Parents need support and their own resources in the upsetting moments.
I have over 15 years working with families and children and have had advanced training in attachment theory as well as family therapy. I know the very real struggle of parenting and how to get back on track. I am here to help and support you, parent, in your most important job.
