My private practice welcomes individuals, couples, teens and children. I have worked with a wide variety of issues such as Depression, Anxiety, marital conflict, parenting difficulties, life adjustments, adolescent challenges and adjustment difficulties. Additional areas of intervention include helping individuals who are dealing with everyday stress, relationship difficulties, career transitions/adjustments and other life transitions.
I have always had a heart for helping others. My role as your therapist is to create a safe, supportive and collaborative environment to empower you to achieve your personal goals. I tend to take a more personalized, client centered approach that is tailored to the needs being presented by each individual.
