Virtual Group for Survivors of Religious Trauma
This group is designed to provide a safe and validating space for individuals who are processing grief, confusion, and pain related to harmful religious or spiritual experiences. Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll explore topics like shame, fear, loss of identity, and reclaiming personal values and voice—together, not alone.
