Hi! I'm Sam, and here at Dandelion Counseling I hope to support you through all stages of life from bud to fluff with humility and kindness. I believe all humans deserve respect, and the ability to be supported in their journey of life. I hope to provide a place for those work with to feel safe, affirmed, and to move through each length of their journey in their way. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14+ years of experience in counseling and therapy. I enjoy working with adults, teens, as well as anyone who is open to change, or seeking support in their life. I'm strengths-based and person-centered in my approach.
I have 14 years of clinical experience, and am a LPC (Licensed Practical Counselor), and LBS (Licensed Behavior Specialist). I encourage an individualized approach to each person, and that we work as a team. I am trained and proficient in several modalities to include CBT, Person-Centered approaches, ERPT, ACT, iCBT, Existential, and Narrative Therapy.
I hope that you will join me and continue to explore what this life has to offer. There is nothing quite so precious as the steps we take to get to know ourselves in each length of our own journeys.
