Now offering EMDR Intensives! Maximize healing with extended therapy time, in addition to OR instead of traditional therapy sessions. By extending the traditional 50min session to 90min-2hrs, this allows us more time to really plunge into the healing process and utilize momentum to truly maximize healing in a targeted and intentional way.
Part of what makes therapy so effective and powerful is the container of safety and connection that's co-created between client and provider. I prioritize fostering and nurturing this connection to ensure you feel fully understood and validated in your experience. Also- pajamas, sweatpants, coffee in hand, messy hair, pets in lap- ALL are welcome!
