We are a group of LGBT affirming and informed therapists dedicated to providing adequate support to the community. We also aim to assist clients in regulating symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
We have practitioners who utilize EMDR, somatic work, and CBT in our practice where we focus on work with depression, anxiety, life stressors and more, taking an analytic approach. We aim to help clients connect the seemingly unrelated puzzle pieces together in order to begin to move forward.
We assist clients in exploring their thought processes and to learn how they impact all identity and all areas of their life; both negative and positive. We also utilize advocacy principles and assist clients in navigating the healthcare system as it relates to Trans and LGB health and wellness.
