I have over 19 years of experience in the field of psychology, and have worked in many different settings such as partial hospital, IBHS, Social Skills programming, school settings, and Outpatient MH. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.
As a therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach where different modalities of therapy are applied and are tailored to my clients individual needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR (trauma-based therapy) primarily, though also pull concepts from other modalities.
