My name is Samantha Inzana, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. Whether you’re navigating a challenging life transition, managing anxiety, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to offer a compassionate and safe space for you to explore and heal. I hold a masters in social work and have specialized in trauma-informed care. My prefered method of trauma therapy is EMDR, I see so many clients have a lot of success with this type of therapy.
In our first session together we are going to identify what you want or need out of therapy, identify your goals and desires, and make a plan for how we can reach those goals together! We are also going to look at symptoms and history to help guide us.
I've worked with many populations in many places, I'm trained in thought-based therapies and can help navigate change and the emotions that come with this.
