A core part of my practice focuses on perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the journey of becoming a parent. I have a strong passion for women’s mental health, including issues related to self-worth, burnout, and managing the mental load of modern life.
I also offer career counseling at all stages—students, professionals in transition, or re-entering the workforce. We’ll explore what’s meaningful to you and create a plan that aligns with your values.
