I provide supportive therapy for teens and adults looking to learn and heal from anxiety, depression, body image issues, self-esteem or life stressors. My work with individuals includes improving relationships, learning how to become "unstuck," increasing self-worth and better coping with difficult feelings. I am also trained in EMDR which allows me to support individuals who have experienced traumatic or stressful experiences and are ready to heal. My work with parents of children ages 6-16 allows me to share my knowledge on behavior modification interventions and child-focused practices to improve overall harmony at home
