I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adult women who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking growth, healing, and meaningful change. Change is possible, and you don't have to go through this alone.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more connected to who they are. I also offer faith based therapy.
I believe healing happens when we feel accepted, understood, and empowered to grow at our own pace, while also being challenged in gentle ways.
