Hi there! I'm Sam. Are you an adult who started life carrying more than your share — and somehow never got the chance to put it down? Maybe anxiety, depression, or grief has been a quiet companion for so long it just feels normal. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Licensure Supervisor in Missouri with over a decade of experience helping people work through the hard stuff and find their way back to themselves.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions — and I have a soft spot for the people who have been "handling it" for so long they've forgotten what it feels like to just be. I'm also a trained Play Therapist, which means I bring creative, flexible tools to our work that go beyond just talking it out.
