I love to see my client’s grow and evolve throughout their time in counseling. I specialize in Anxiety Disorders and Trauma, but work with a wide variety of populations including those experiencing depression, low self-esteem, postpartum anxiety/depression, unresolved emotional issues, and relationship issues. I also have significant experience in working with the LGBTQ community. I use an individualized approach, ensuring that each person is met with warmth and acceptance.
I’m trained in a variety of treatment approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My qualifications include state licensure, national board certification, a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and experience in working with a wide variety of diagnoses.
