I’ve worked with those who have experienced trauma, difficult childhoods, and extensive grief. At the same time, I also work with individuals who are experiencing everyday anxieties, relationship problems, and depression. I strive to help you see your past experiences with clarity, so that you can move on without repeating unwanted patterns in the future.
Therapy serves as a great way to gain confidence in a controlled setting, but my focus is taking that confidence and using it to as a tool to empower yourself in your everyday life. Our sessions should always be a place that you feel safe to express yourself, process experiences, be curious, and grow. If something isn't working, let's change it!
