As a generalist practitioner, I pride myself on being able to curate therapeutic approaches and modalities to various client and family needs that are unique to them. I approach the therapeutic process with a warm invitation to unpack life's challenges in a safe place and relationship. I've supported clients through issues such as, but not limited to, trauma/attachment, anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders/body image, self-harm, co-dependency, life transitions, navigating challenging relationships, self-esteem, and more.
As a provider, I believe curiosity of oneself is a powerful tool to unpacking life's experiences. I most often use a reflective and insight-oriented style of therapy to aid in client's deeper understanding of their needs and healing. I also utilize psychoeducation frequently as I believe knowledge promotes understanding.
Choosing therapy is no small decision, I understand this. I seek to support clients on their self-determined journey of healing. I respect that client's need to be choosy about who they decide to work with in therapy.
